Responsible for assigned regions\xe2\x80\x99 customer order execution per contractual obligations and company internal compliance requirements from factory PO till delivery and billing to customers.Responsible for assigned regions\xe2\x80\x99 customer order execution per contractual obligations and company internal compliance requirements from factory PO till delivery and billing to customers. Job Responsibilities:
  • Shipping Schedule Management
    • Follow up with Internal and external suppliers for shipment expedite
    • Update the latest promise date/reschedule date in the system
    • Provide periodic open order schedule dates update to customer
  • Shipment arrangement
    • Conduct ITC screening before shipment and work with the compliance team for hold release if any
    • Ensure shipping marks, labels, and packing methods are as per contract requirements
    • Prepare shipping invoice for shipment arrangement
  • Payment collection/negotiation
    • LC draft review and ensure LC is issued timely before shipment
    • Prepare proforma invoice to collect advance payment
    • Work with finance for any credit hold release
    • Invoicing within 3 working days from the shipment date (Incoterms)
    • Zero (0) error in the shipping documentation i.e. commercial invoice, packing list, delivery note, if applicable for customer shipments.
    • Submission of Tax Invoice and supporting docs to WCC within the same period. For re-export docs (sub-certs) - within 60 days from invoice date
    • Not more than one (1) Credit Note
    • Submission of Tax Invoice and supporting docs to the customer within 5 working days
  • Documentation submission/3rd party inspection management
    • Documentation submission/3rd party inspection management
    • Work with doc. Team to ensure documents are submitted/approved per contract requirements
    • Work with customer and factory to arrange 3rd party inspection per schedule
  • Process billing per contract
  • Late backlog review and management
  • Monthly sales fcst and achieve the target
  • Embraces new process and automation initiatives implemented in the Order Management department.
  • Escalates outstanding issues to supervisors when regular follow-up with the concerned parties does not yield results.
  • Maintain all transaction records per department record-keeping guidelines
  • Any other assignments as assigned from time to time by the direct supervisor/manager
Job Requirements:
  • A Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, logistics, and Engineering, with 1 to 2 years of experience in similar or related fields will be an added advantage. Candidates W/O experience with keen learning attitude and aptitude are welcome.
  • Meticulous, Persistent, and ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and target oriented with learning agility
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of valves, SAP/Oracle will be an added advantage.
