Job Description

Work Environment:

• Located in Woodlands
• Within walking distance to MRT station
• Working hours: 830am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
• Fully air-conditioned working environment

• Manage customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries on orders, deliveries and products
• Provide delightful customer experience through email, phone, messaging and social media touch-points
• Monitor and follow up on customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback, requests, claims and delivery requirements
• Provide suitable product recommendations and advice for enquiries on pet supplies.
• Process daily customer orders by ensuring that sufficient stocks are in store and purchasing regularly from designated suppliers
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on out-of-stock arrangements, returns and exchanges of defects or damaged products
• Manage and update online store inventory
• Monitor the daily delivery status of the delivery teams, for customer service interventions, when necessary
• Assist the operations team in the daily warehouse activities, i.e. picking, checking and packing of items, when necessary
• Assist in product listing, orders\' fulfilment and shipping arrangement on company\'s e-commerce platforms.
• Any other administrative work as assigned by the Operation Manager / General Manager.

• Possess good analytical and communication skills
• Physically able to work in an operational warehouse environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in pet care or pet food supply chain (preferred)
• Experience with established e-commerce platforms in Singapore (preferred)
