Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Care Centre:Job Responsibilities
Monitor service quality to ensure that customer experience and service standards are met.
Follow up on customer inquiries, requests, and feedback, coordinating with internal stakeholders for resolution.
Review and improve processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide professional, prompt, and high-quality customer service through email and in-person interactions.
Make outbound calls to customers as required.
Handle and resolve complex or escalated customer issues effectively.
Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service efficiency, ensuring timely assistance.
Work well under pressure while managing customer expectations professionally.
Job Requirements:
Open to candidates from various educational backgrounds, with fluency in spoken and written communication being essential.
Strong teamwork and the ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Fast and accurate computer skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and customer-oriented with a strong focus on service excellence.
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to SGD 2,500 +VB (2 Months)
Working Location: Bedok
Working Hours: 5.5 days work week
