Job Description
- Call Centre / Customer Service / Hospitality
- No Exp Welcome - Training Provided
- Able to work on Weekend / 5 Day Work Week
- Address customers' enquiries via phone and sometimes email
- Follow up on escalated cases and perform call back if required to
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Possess call centre / customer service experience
- No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work on weekends
- Working Hour: 5 Days, Office Hour (Able to work on weekend)
- Location: Town
- Salary: Up to $2900/mth + AWS + VB
