What will your typical day look like?
  • Provide quality customer service to Singtel customers & related working partners over the phone.
  • Proactively promote Singtel products and services whenever possible.
  • Remain up to date with the latest information that impacts the delivery of service to customers.
  • Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills when interacting at all levels.
  • Demonstrate superior telephone techniques that meet the quality assurance standards.
  • Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs.
  • Follow-up on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Email user guides, brochures to customer upon request.
  • Work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals and groups.

Is this you?
  • Min. Diploma or GCE O level Pass & credit in English
  • Min 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service environment, bonus if have call centre experience.
  • Computer literacy (Email & MS applications)
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different SingTel products.
  • Pleasant disposition and personality
  • Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
