Job Description

- Contact and attend to outgoing and incoming calls.
- Follow up and close cases opened by other departments.
- Handle any general enquiries as per required.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned when necessary.
- Prior experience in customer service/call centre is a bonus
- Able to converse in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Salary: Depending on Experience
