• Salary details: up to $3.2K (depending on experience, education and others)
• Working Days and Hours: Mondays to Fridays : 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Location of work: Tampines

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Respond to customer queries, feedback, and order placements within one working day.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify future needs.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues quickly and escalating when necessary.
• Ensure Certificates of Analysis or Compliance are available and inspection status is applied.
• Prepare and send customer reports on time and accurately.
• Collect and maintain sales data and customer contact information.
• Keep an organized filing system for easy access to work documents when needed.

Requirement:

• Singaporean only
• Diploma or O level with at least 3 years of relevant experience
