Responsibilities:

Liaise with internal department and external parties to follow up on related administrative matters
Liaise with property agents for clients\xe2\x80\x99 to bring them for viewing
Look for suitable properties for clients
Involved in the full international schools registration for clients\xe2\x80\x99 children
Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system
Liaise with clients on residential and school matters
Assisting clients in the registration process at government entities
Assist clients\xe2\x80\x99 in their whole residential process
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

Strong Knowledge in Microsoft office \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Work experience in private schools will be an added advantage
Those who have experience in Customer Service roles will be highly considered
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word
Min. GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Levels or Diploma
Proficient in Chinese and English (To liaise with Chinese speaking clients)
Min 1 year experience required
