Identifying customers' needs and recommending new products that will be of interest to them to increase engagement
Manage the onboarding journey of customers across all products
Use analytics and data to provide in-depth and insightful reports to communicate key metrics and findings
Interact with the customers regularly to collect reviews and conduct feedback to know more how and why they use the products
Work closely with other division's stakeholders to develop engagement strategies
Conceptualise and create marketing plans to introduce new products' features
Establish best practices and provide advice on how to improve customer engagement and identify areas of improvement
Analyse which platforms would be best for engaging and retaining customers
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of related experience
Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail
Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce / Servicenow), Google Analytics, Tableau and Email marketing systems
Experience in extrapolating data and translating them to findings and insights
Excellent stakeholders and project management skills
Strong strategic thinker, results oriented and great team player
