Provide administrative and operational support to the Manpower, Training & Engagement Division, and to handle and respond to queries from members of public and party candidates in a timely manner.
Involved in administrative work and other helpdesk services as required, to support the business functions of the organisation.
Have analytical skills to understand queries received through various service touchpoints and provide appropriate advice in accordance with existing guidelines and have strong writing skills to be able to craft professional replies to members of public and party candidates.
Requirements:
Service quality mindset, with at least 3 years of relevant customer service experience
Proactive team player with strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Prior working experience in the Public Service Counters will be an advantage
Must be prepared to work extended hours, when required during peak period
