This is a hands-on technical role, measuring the levels of customer to support improving product sales and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analyst tools to analyze customers’ feedback, determine their satisfaction and interpret the results. These results will be critical in designing campaigns to Inform strategy to drive increase in acquisition, retention, incremental revenue & share of the consumer ‘wallet’.
