To help with projects and experiments such as learning about the voice of customers to help drive business growth on top of operational activities one may expect in a customer experience role.

What you will do:
  • Handle queries via live chat and email
  • KYC checks on registrations done on our platform
  • Execution of backend related operations
  • Improve the Customer Experience framework such as internal processes, tech architecture, customer facing platforms etc
  • Champion the voice of customers and drive projects. Share knowledge, ideas and best practices with others
Requirements:

What we are looking for:
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Singaporeans and PR only
  • Open mind and keenness to learn and adapt to changes as the company grows
You will shine in this role if you are/have:
  • Prior experience in any service/ support related work
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge/ experience in investments or finance and accounting topics
  • CMFAS 1B
