We're looking for an energetic, people-loving team member to drive customer engagement from first hello to post-sale support.
What you'll do
Showroom & Customer Experience
Welcome walk-in customers and host test ride appointments
Assist customers in selecting the right mobility device for their needs
Ensure devices are clean, prepped, and ready for handover
Sales & Lead Management
Respond to inbound leads on WhatsApp, Carousell, and other platforms
Engage customers in chats or calls to understand their requirements
Recommend products, manage payments, and follow up on subscriptions
After-Sales & Relationship Building
Be the friendly point of contact for post-purchase support
Coordinate servicing and repairs
Build lasting relationships with happy, returning customers
What We're Looking For
No prior experience needed - fresh grads welcome!
Outgoing, confident, and great with people
Responsible, organized, and good at follow-ups
Curious about e-bikes and mobility technology
Available on some weekends and public holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
