Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email and chat
Resolve service issues with empathy and professionalism
Guide customers on product usage, features or returns
Record and report recurring issues to improve processes
Contribute to FAQs, helpdesk articles or chatbot scripts
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
1-2 years experience in customer service or support roles preferred
Excellent communication, patience and listening skills
Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn service platforms
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience with CRM, helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus
