DESIGNATION : [Expand Communication] Customer Experience Greeter (Korean Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visitor pre-booking check and on-site reservation support, Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center in Singapore (HMGICS)
• Respond to customer\'s on-site inquiries
• Respond to customer feedback in accordance with the Customer Care Manual
• Compliance with the safety and emergency response manual
• Cover for other Greeter\'s areas of work if necessary

• Degree holder, Diploma, or A-Level qualifications
• Both entry-level and experienced individuals are welcome to apply
• Experienced applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in a customer service/guest-facing role such as in the airline, retail, and hotel industry
• Well-groomed, able to speak in eloquent and professional language
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and curious
• Proficiency in English is required
• Proficiency in Korean and Mandarin will be beneficial, as the position may require communication with international visitors
• Shift work including weekends
• Knowledge of and interest in the automobile industry will be beneficial
