  • Call Centre / Customer Service / Hospitality Exp
  • No Exp Welcome - Training Provided
  • 5 Days / Office Hour / Able to work on Weekend
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls
  • Address customers\' enquiries via hotline and sometimes email
  • Follow up on escalated cases and perform call back when required
  • Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Possess call centre / customer service / hospitality experience
  • No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented and a good team player
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work on weekend and perform OT when required to
Other Information:
  • Working Hour: 5 Days, Office Hour (Able to work on weekend)
  • Location: Town
  • Salary: Up to $3200/mth + OT + AWS + VB
