The Job

The incumbent will be supporting on operational necessities for the department, particularly to Customer Propositions team. The overarching purpose of the role will be to:

(a) Reporting - facilitate consolidation and checking of weekly business performance MI for propositions team

(b) Campaign management- assist in planning and execution of Premier campaigns which includes conducting frontliner briefing/ training, T&Cs drafting, updating and management of all customer communications (letters, website, sms, edms etc) followed by clearance with Legal and Compliance & product stakeholders, raising data requests, performing data checks, manage end-to-end tracking and fulfilment of rewards, handle all frontline enquiries, investigation of rewards dispute cases, consolidation of monthly campaigns deck, budget tracking and end to end results tracking.

(c) Assist in organizing and executing events including RSVP collation and post events results tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process PO\'s/DO\'s/Invoices
  • Timely execution and maintenance of contracts
  • Complete necessary due diligence and checks as governed by the FIM for onboarding partners/vendors
  • Maintenance of MI
  • Marketing campaign support, tracking and fulfillment of rewards.
  • Management of RSVP for events and to assist with the execution of events
  • Tracking leads effectiveness from point of lead submission to the eventual outcome of the lead
The Talent
  • Minimally 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills and focus on outcome-based inputs
  • Motivated self-starter with strong communications and stakeholder management skills
