What will your day look like
As a Customer Protection Flex Analyst, you will attend a check-in meeting with your Flex Force team, where the team leader talks through projected volumes across Customer Protection and priorities. You will need to understand the bigger picture, decisions that are made, and solutions that are in place to fill critical capacity gaps over the coming months. You will also attend a training session to learn new skills in customer conversations or buddy up with a staff member to learn how to use a new system and attend workshop on complex customer issue with team members in your placement team, contributing to the discussion and learning from others to develop a better outcome for the custom.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
Knowledge and skills, from at least two different customer service areas. Whether experience in banking, hospitality or charity work and, or interaction with the customer and understanding of how playing a part in the bigger picture, is the key learning that you will bring to this role.
Enthusiastic to build capability to ensure our customers are well taken care of. Comfortability on being guided and taught new skills while teaching new skills and coaching colleagues.
Ability to learn, integrate and work well with others. Can adapt quickly to team culture, engaging in team activities and settling into the pace of work required.
Knowledge or curiosity about capacity or workforce planning. Understanding the commercial need for this approach, but also appreciate the opportunities for capability development that it offers.
