Senior Customer & Marketing Insights Analyst - Remote

The Senior Customer & Marketing Insights Analyst consults with key internal clients to provide market research and voice of customer programs and insights to inform strategic business decisions. The position is responsible for consulting, defining research objectives and needs of internal clients and leading key research initiatives and projects. This position consults with Marketing & Communications, Client Engagement, Sales, Product Development, Operations and other departments to manage market research and voice of customer projects.
Responsibilities

  • Serve as an internal market research and voice of customer consultant; provide consultation on industry sources and research methodologies by understanding stakeholder business needs and fulfill data evaluation and interpretation requirements
  • Leverage a variety of primary and secondary data sources to collect information, analyze data, summarize findings, produce reporting with insights and recommendations and write articles and publications for Prime and its stakeholders
  • Lead and execute research, writing, and analysis for voice of the customer projects, market research, and ad-hoc department requests and presentations; develop departmental or cross functional training presentations and support the fulfillment of client and executive research requests
  • Support the development and documentation of department protocols and practices and participate in the identification and implementation of process improvement efforts
  • Establish key cross-functional relationships, including Marketing & Communications, Client Engagement, Sales, Product Development, and Operations, in order to establish clear research objectives, provide consultation, interpret findings and provide insights and recommendations via deliverables that are aligned to the original request requirements; provide strategic insights to discussions requiring data-driven decision making
  • Serve as mentor and point of escalation to junior analysts, responsible for supporting training needs, providing feedback, guidance and coaching, and leading support activities for research initiatives as necessary
  • Continually monitor customer and industry trends, and proactively inform stakeholders of notable activities; research and identify new issues and trends that may impact Prime’s strategic planning and marketing efforts; collect data via various research methods, synthesize findings, identify insights, summarize potential implications for Prime and its stakeholders, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • As an internal research consultant, proactively provide relevant insights and recommendations to key internal stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • 5 years of relevant experience conducting competitive, customer, or market research
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings, resolve conflict, build consensus, establish rapport and collaborate effectively across departments, internally and externally, and at all levels within an organization
  • Proven research and analytical capabilities; ability to collect, document, synthesize and organize complex information and identify relevant insights and recommendations that are understandable and actionable for internal customers
  • Exceptionally skilled at applying primary (qualitative and/or quantitative) and secondary research methodologies
  • Strong project planning, organizational and communication skills with the ability to balance multiple projects with competing deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • PBM or healthcare experience
  • Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platform

Minimum Physical Job Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure
  • Reports to Director in the Marketing department

Potential pay for this position ranges from $82,200.00 - $123,400.00 based on location, experience and skills.
