Job Description

Our client is a luxury brand company. They are looking for a customer relations officer.

[Job Responsibilities]

  • Proactive handling of aftersales service queries from walk-in or call-in customers
  • Listen and understand customers' issues /feedback on products
  • Document relevant details of inquiries, comments and complaints for follow up with
  • Technical team to ensure product issues are accurately identified and resolved
  • Ensure each and every aftersales' customer case is thoroughly follow-through
  • Manage customer disputes or dissatisfaction and ensure complicated cases are escalated to the right department or higher authority
  • Deliver personalized customer experience while ensuring consistency in service standards
[Job Requirements]
  • Minimum GCE "O" level qualification or Higher Nitec in Service Management or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience with luxury/high-end goods
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with a passion in customer service
  • Team player with strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate in MS applications
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6:10pm or 9:45am to 7:10pm (Two shift)

Benefit: Basic salary + 2months AWS
