Job Description


Customer Relations Officer (1 year contract )

s:

  • Contact customer to arrange for appointments through sending SMS and emails to customers
  • Handle customers enquiries on appointments
  • Follow up on customers enquiries from emails
  • Promote collaborations with other business partners to potential customers
  • Liase with term contractor
  • Feedback on any difficult special cases
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:
  • Min GCE N/O level
  • Relevant working experience in call centre will be an advantage
  • Must be able to speak Chinese
  • Able to work independently
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Working Hours: 5.5 days alternate Sat work week Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm Sat 8am to 12:30pm
