Customer Relations Officer

Job Description
s:
- Contact customer to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes/ gas appliances
- Handle customers' enquiries on appointments and installation related matters through phone calls and emails
- Send SMS/ emails to customers on their appointment schedules
- To promote and selling gas appliances to potential customers
- Liaise with term contractor on any services lapse.
Pre-requisites:
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and customer focused
- Result-oriented, highly motivated and team player
- Computer literate
Working location: Senoko Working hours: 5.5 days alternate Saturdays
