JOB TITLE : CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER WORKING HOURS MON TO FRI - 8.30AM TO 5.30PM SAT - 10AM TO 5.30PM LUNCH : 1 HOUR LOCATION NEAR MRT LINES. (DOVER/QUEENSTOWN/CLEMENTI/PASIR PANJANG/HAW PAR VILLA/NOVENA/OUTRAM PARK)
JOBSCOPE Customer Relations / Operations This position requires to work overtime and need to be mobile as this is a field job. Need to be on standby 24hours for emergency cases including customer support
Check in/out of guests
Training will be provided. Need to familiarize with our company check in/out process.
Familiar with the facilities and amenities of our condo units.
Assists with viewing of potential client
Coordination between our sales team.
Follow up on maintenance issues raised by our tenants
Power trip the apartment unit
Water supply disruption
Follow up with internal team for arrangement with external contractors, liaise with owners
Attend to tenant\xe2\x80\x99s complaint and delegate it to the appropriate team. Ensure that complaints attended and rectified

Maintenance
Aircon
Sales Team
Routine maintenance inspection of apartment units
Report your inspection in chat group
Follow up on the status of the inspection reported
Help with minor maintenance work together with the maintenance team
Store room management (apartments units, office store room inventory stock take)
Report items belong to company
Report broken items for disposal and coordinate disposal arrangement
Tidy up the store room
Contractor/Supplier
Assists external contractor for onsite repair or installation
Assists to receive furniture/electrical appliances
Managing Agent/MCST
Assists with onsite inspection together with representative of
MA or MCST or its contractor
Submission of application of carpark, moving permit and any adhoc
Collection for condo access cards
Take meter readings at meter risers of the apartment units
