The Customer Relations Officer (Operations) is a core member to our City Energy Life showroom to support the sales functions and deliver top-notched service to our retail and commercial customers. Responsibilities:
Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales for City Energy Life, call centre and online orders
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers, and liaise with the Commercial team
Ensure adequate support and timely coordination with inter-departmental colleagues e.g Finance, relating to City Energy Life showroom matters
Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc
Other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Min. \'O\' Level
Min. 1 year working experience (preferably in a retail environment), with exposure on operations
Willing to work retail hours (10.30am to 9.30pm) according to roster of 4 days work week including weekends and public holidays
Customer service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
The successful candidate will be based at our City Energy Life showroom at Plaza Singapura, 68 Orchard Road.
