Job Scope: Managing concierge duties Assisting guests in wayfinding Provide shopping recommendations, brand and product information and alert passengers to promotions Handle passengers' retail enquiries and attend to passengers with shopping needs (face to face, messages, video , live chats) Processing & managing all promotions, events & gift redemptions Managing of ticketing services & sales transactions Handling feedbacks & complaints from guests & tenants Other ad-hoc duties Requirement: Minimum GCE O level with 1 - 2 years of customer service / luxury retail experience Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment Pro-active and is comfortable interacting with passengers Willing to commit rotating shift Other Information: Training & Uniform provided Working Hours: - 0600 - 1530 / 1530 - 0100 (1 way transport) - 1000 - 2200 / 2200 - 1000 - 0800 - 1730 / 1230 - 2200 - Salary up to $3500 per month / $10 per hour for Part timer To apply: Interested applicants please email to [HIDDEN TEXT] or whatsapp to 9729 4098.
