[What the role is]

To attend to and advise customers on SIRS\' courses and services, provide career advisory and placement. Conduct business development including identifying new opportunities, establish partnerships, lead generation and sales. [What you will be working on]

  • Advise customers on relevant training courses and assist them in enrolment.
  • Provide career advisory and placement services.
  • Provide the full spectrum of enrolment and administrative work including processing payment & course confirmation, performing data entry, and scheduling of classes.
  • Manage a portfolio of courses and submit regular reports.
  • Identify new opportunities, establish partnerships, generate leads and responsible for driving public sales.
  • Curate and/or collaborate with partners to organise outreach events such as job fairs, roadshows, etc.
  • Support front-line duties and any other work groups as assigned.
[What we are looking for]
  • Relevant qualification in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or any related discipline.
  • At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience in Customer Service, Business Development and Sales.
  • Work experience with community organisations, trade associations and the likes.
  • Proficient in using MS Office. Skills in using any design software and social media tools will be an advantage.
  • Possesses a positive attitude with friendly disposition, business- and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good oral and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
