Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Bendemeer/Kallang
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM
Salary: up to $3,500 basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Total client satisfaction
- Coordination of all Customer Service issues
- Customer Service case updating, logging and filing in ERP system
- Providing after sales service
- Documentation for clients (Handover packaging, service cards, handover confirmations, maintenance documents, confirmation slips, training templates, etc.)
- Weekly reports as required by CS Manager
- Handling Singapore and SEA region
- Proven ability to build relationships with vendors, internal client and colleagues.
- Good communication and coordination skill
- Able to converse in Mandarin to support Mandarin speaking customers from counterparts in China.
- Candidates who can start on short notice will be advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with coordination skills
