Adecco is partnering with a global, industry leading systems integrator that designs, installs and service electronic security, cybersecurity, fire and life safety, automations and audio visual systems. This position requires the individual to provide high level of customer service along with data entry and documentation work.

Location: Bendemeer/Kallang area

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

Salary: up to $3,000 + AWS + VB

Job scope:
  • Coordination for all customer service issues (resolving issues, after sales service)
  • Update and log cases in ERP system
  • Documentation work
  • Following up on customer cases
  • Preparation of Performance Management reports
Requirements:
  • Good time management
  • Strong service skills
  • Meticulous and detailed minded
  • Min. 2 years of experience in coordination work/related positions
