Customer Service Working Days: Monday - Friday (9:00am -6:00pm) Working Location: Changi North Street (Changi) Starting Salary: $1,900 - $2,100 Job Scope and Requirements: - * To provide cour Customer Service Working Days: Monday - Friday (9:00am -6:00pm) Working Location: Changi North Street (Changi) Starting Salary: $1,900 - $2,100 Job Scope and Requirements: - To provide courteous and quality support to variety of Customer inquiries over phone, email, and fax. Handle and process Sales order, follow-up enquiries and generate quotation. Manage and liaises with Customer for order fulfilment/requirement. Facilitate and efficiently resolve Customer complaints/returns. Plan and coordinate with logistics for deliveries/collections. Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
