Job Description


We are looking for a customer service admin to manage client queries and complaints.
Your mission is to ensure that clients receive a pleasant experience through your knowledge of our services, your hospitality, sense of service and listening skills.

Part-time or full-time position available Working hours: 9am-6pm Part-time: 3 day work week (Flexible) Full-time: Monday-Friday


Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients through various channels (e.g phone calls, emails, walk-ins)
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries
  • Acknowledging and resolving client complaints
  • Assist with client account management and keeping records of client transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support
  • Ensure good operational flow
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
  • Minimum 'N' level holder
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant and friendly personality
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Computer literacy
  • Familiar with WhatsApp and a fast texter
