  • Liaise with customers to schedule appointments
  • Maintain and update service/installation schedule
  • Answering phone calls when necessary
  • Data entry, mails and filing
  • Provide administrative support to sales team \xe2\x80\x93 issue invoices & quotations
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary/N/O level education
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate initiative and responsibility
  • Able to work independently and multi task
  • Good communication skills
