s for the Position of Customer Service Administrator
Reporting to Business Development & Customer Service Manager.
Assist in administrative work for the Business Development Team.
Handle sales administrative and order processing.
Coordinate between Sales and teams for delivery schedule.
The interface between the internal department, external logistics agent and Vendors/Consignee on shipment and delivery.
Preparation of CIPL and supporting documents for overseas customers.
Tracking of orders with additional PO to process with outside vendors.
Updating of Customers\xe2\x80\x99 Open Order Reports.
Attending to the miscellaneous tasks assigned by management.
Processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure adherence to company policies.
Actively participate and involve in the appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard/incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls.
Ensure work activities and behavior achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance with applicable local legal requirements.
Job Requirements:
ITE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration /Marketing or equivalent
Relevant Industrial Training Certification.
Experience as a sales admin/assistant in an administrative position (Commercial Sector)
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels & to liaise with clients and interpret their requirements.
MS Office.
Neat with all housekeeping (PPW/filing)
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
A team player with a high level of dedication.
