Responsibilities:
- Support & coordinate logistics, import & export customs formality procedures and local deliveries.
- Work with Factory\'s Export teams to ensure all shipping documents are issued correctly to smoothen import customs formality procedures
- Support Sales and Service team with any deliveries of products locally and overseas.
- Answer and pre-qualify incoming calls and transfer the messages to the responsible teams.
- Support the CX & CO team with end-to-end communication
- Work closely with Front office and Order Entry Specialist Team in APAC Region
- Min. Diploma & above in logistic, supply chain or related field of study from a recognized institution
- Min 2-3 years prior relevant logistics or order fulfillment work experience
- Prior work experience in the medical device or healthcare industry would be advantageous!
