Responsibilities
  • Order processing and Fulfillment \xe2\x80\x93 Arrange delivery, inform customer if no stock
  • Request for reprint if stock hits minimum by title
  • Request for warehouse to form sets if sets run out
  • Manage Lazada sales and customer service
  • Customer service \xe2\x80\x93 both external and internal customers
Requirements
  • Minimum O Level/ N Level and above, ideally with at least 2 years of working experience
  • Web savvy, able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
  • Organised, meticulous and able to prioritise
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • On-the-job training will be provided
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
