Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer car rental enquiries and selling optional services
- Process customer car rentals and returns
- Arrange cars to be ready for customers
- Collect or deliver cars to customers’ offices or hotels
- Collate all transactions into daily business report
- GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level with 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
- Proficient in the use of computer
