Designation: Customer Service & Logistics Executive
Role Type : Contract (1-Year with Potential for Conversion to Permanent Role)
Reporting To: Customer Service Manager
Office Location: Singapore, Central-West
Overview :
The ideal candidate for this Customer Service & Logistics Executive role will be an energetic individual who is goal-oriented with a high sense of responsibility to ensure that products are delivered timely to customers accordingly to requirements.
This role is responsible for resolving customer issues relating to orders and delivery via close collaboration with customers, internal sales and operations staff, 3rd party logistics (3PL) providers and freight forwarders. He/She will also work closely with country supply chain, demand planning and warehouse operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Lastly, the Customer Service & Logistics Executive will also play a pivotal role in ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance are adhered to with the critical objective of achieving Customer Satisfaction.
