  • Review the completeness and accuracy of the submitted documents and follow the steps needed to request and/or follow up of the required documents.
  • Check for the eligibility requirements based on the product design and determine if pass or fail.
  • Identify, encode, and distribute the transaction to the appropriate team that would handle the transaction.
  • Respond to request for documents and distribute as needed.
  • Prepare and request for benefit payouts
  • Call out to different facilities and/or institutions to conduct verifications.
  • Conduct identity verifications.
  • Follow document retention policies and retrieve documents upon request.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
  • Perform any other task as required
Position requirements:
  • At least one (1) year life insurance background
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
