Job Description


In this opportunity as Manager, Training Customer Service & Support, you will:

  • Lead a team of talented Trainers and drive training strategies to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Customer Service, Technical Support and Specialty Support to identify and address gaps in overall training to develop appropriate program requirements for each of the functional areas.
  • Conduct both internal and industry benchmarking to ensure training is delivered in the most effective platform.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized training program roadmap to meet seasonal peaks, outlining action steps and timeline to deploy all required training.
  • Provide oversight and direction, coaching, and development for team, including managing performance.
  • Participate in activities to stay abreast of product enhancements and training deliverables, in collaboration with Product Excellence and Digital groups
About You You’re a fit for the role of Manager, Training Customer Service & Support, if you:
  • Bachelor's degree (BS or MA) in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field (Required)
  • 3+ years of experience with similar industry and internal training experience (Required)
  • Advanced knowledge of training tools and models (Required)
  • Willing to work on a night shift (hybrid) Mckinley Hill Taguig
