• Position : Inside Sales Executive (Customer Service/ Support / MNC- Relocation) - WEST
• Location : Pioneer Road
• Working hours : 5 working days Mon- Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 + Commission + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance + Birthday/Marriage/CSR leave + 14 days Annual Leave
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : International Relocation Services

Main Responsibilities:

• Service Inbound calls ONLY (existing leads) to promote products and services to potential customers.
• Conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Conduct upselling of current products to existing customers.
• Arrange appointment for Move consultant.
• To build instant rapport and make a lasting impression
• Process inquiries and enter customer orders
• Develop positive and productive relationship with assigned accounts and serve as point person/expert on specific customers\' needs

Requirements:

• No Experience Required- Training provided
• 1-2 years Sales or Marketing experience
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
• Industry experience isn\'t essential, but it would come in handy
• Computer Savvy - ability to navigate across multiple systems.
