Responsibilities:
  • Key Person-In-Charge for Sign Language service for Customer (via Video and Face to Face)
  • To be well versed in general product troubleshooting
  • Customer Experience Metric Reporting with analysis and Improvement plans
  • Engagement with Customer Experience Call Vendor for process / data quality improvement
  • Engagement with Service Partners Vendors to improve customer experience
  • Coordinate and work with RHQ / HQ for survey
  • Perform Competitor analysis / benchmarking
  • Perform Mystery Shopping / Site Visit
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Sign Language (preferred to have certification on sign language training/skills)
  • Relevant working experience in Customer Service
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree
  • Good Communication Skills in English
