Attend to customers\' enquires & feedback
Ensure that customers\' feedback are followed up promptly and professionally
Process transaction inputs and payment handling
Resolve problems arising from customers\' complaints
Responsible for providing quality service for total customer satisfaction
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Maintain proper inventory control
Other administrative duties when required
Requirements
Minimum GCE \'N\' or \'O\' Levels and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
