• 5.5 days work week -

Mon-Fri - 8:30am to 5.30pmSat - 8:30am to 1:30pm

• Work location : West region, Pandan loop
• Monthly Salary Up to $2800 (depend on experiences)
• Entitle to overtime

Requirements:

• Singaporean
• Diploma with 2 years working experience as customer service in B2B environment is an advantage
• Able to handle both English and Chinese written documents
• Proficiency in CRM system and MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process sales orders and quotations
• Coordinate and liaise with clients on their enquires on the products, services and order status
• Build and maintain strong rapport with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with various stakeholders in the company
• Prepare regular reports on sales, client feedbacks and KPI
