- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Requirements:- Minimum GCE \'O\' Level or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
