Job Responsibilities
  • Fully utilize in-house system to perform cost in and cost approval for shipments includes air freight, logistics and trucking shipments
  • Arrange, handle & organize air import shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers
  • Liaising with External and Internal Stakeholders for shipment status and handling
  • Attend to customers\' requests for flight information, cargo and delivery status, permit, invoice, etc.
  • Arrange custom clearance and declare permits
  • Arrange pickup/delivery to the consignee\xe2\x80\x99s premises
  • Process and issue billing to customers
  • Other assignment assigned by the management
Job Requirements
  • Possess Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding with the understanding of incoterms will be an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
