Job Summary:

\xc2\xb7 Salary up $3500

\xc2\xb7 5 days work week (Mon - Sun)

\xc2\xb7 9.5 hours per day (8AM - 11PM)

\xc2\xb7 Hybrid arrangement by roster

\xc2\xb7 Location: Marina Square

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that exceptional customer services are provided

\xc2\xb7 Coaching of newer agents regarding policy contract, workflows and LOG process

\xc2\xb7 Identify and escalate cases to supervisor where necessary and ensure closure of escalated cases

\xc2\xb7 Answer enquires via emails and phones

\xc2\xb7 Key in call details into the system

\xc2\xb7 Assessment and Issuance of Letter of Guarantee to policy holders

\xc2\xb7 Follow up calls to the customers if necessary

\xc2\xb7 Provide admin support to the team

Additional Information:

\xc2\xb7 Applicant with Contact Centre experience will be an advantage

\xc2\xb7 Excellent writing and communication skills
