Identify the needs of prospects and extend professional hairdressing advice and solutions to them.
Engage and establish relationships with prospects from the daily-assigned pool of leads.
Conduct sales pitch to prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
Capture mindshare and build market presence in the hairdressing industry.
Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their inquiries are handled promptly.
Act as a subject matter expert on hair treatments, procedures and technology and stay up to date on developments in the hairdressing industry.
Any other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor or Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience. Well-groomed, proactive and self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. No prior hairdressing experience is required.
