Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify the needs of prospects and extend professional hairdressing advice and solutions to them.
- Engage and establish relationships with prospects from the daily-assigned pool of leads.
- Conduct sales pitch to prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
- Capture mindshare and build market presence in the hairdressing industry.
- Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their inquiries are handled promptly.
- Act as a subject matter expert on hair treatments, procedures and technology and stay up to date on developments in the hairdressing industry.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor or Management.
