Job Description


s for the Position of Customer Service Coordinator

  • Interface between the internal department, external logistics agent and Vendors/Consignee on shipment and delivery.
  • Preparation of CIPL and supporting documents for overseas customers.
  • Tracking of orders with additional PO to process with outside vendors.
  • Updating of Customers\xe2\x80\x99 Open Order Reports.
  • Processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Management or related discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good interpersonal skills & coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively on all levels.
  • Ability to work under independently.
Work Location & Benefits:
  • Workplace near Gul Circle Train Station.
  • Salary Up to $2500.
