Job Description


  • Promotes good communication between customers, sales and production units. A Customer Service Representative must always be available to ensure high customer service.
  • Enter customer orders based on order and allocated quantity, ensuring orders are optimized for shipping quantity and evenly loaded throughout the month.
  • Handle urgent customer orders as needed.
  • Work with sales and customers to identify root causes of payment delays.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Business or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience in semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge in SAP and semiconductor industry trends and market.
