Enter customer orders based on order and allocated quantity, ensuring orders are optimized for shipping quantity and evenly loaded throughout the month.
Handle urgent customer orders as needed.
Work with sales and customers to identify root causes of payment delays.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Business or equivalent.
At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience in semiconductor industry.
Knowledge in SAP and semiconductor industry trends and market.
