Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Thu, 8.30 am – 6 pm; Fri 8.30 am – 5 pm; Alternate Saturday 8.30 am – 1 pm)

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails
Monitor all import/export shipments arrival times closely to avoid any unnecessary penalty charges incurred, such as detention, and demurrage charges.
Liaise with suppliers and customers and advise the way of the solution when the problem occurs.
Prepare all import/export shipment documents such as delivery order, delivery note, authorization letter, bill of loadings etc.
Declare import/ export permit with GST.
Checking PortNet for shipment status and update to customer
Support Sales Department in communication functions such as preparing quotations, emails and letters.
Support accounts department in billing and charges inquiries.
Support Logistic controllers in customers’ requirements and deployments.
General filing and other administrative duties.

Minimum GCE “O” Level.
At least 1 year of related experience in Logistics/ Shipping.
Able to start work at short notice or immediately.
