Job Description

- Position Title: Customer Service Coordinator
- Working Location: Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Thu, 8.30 am - 6 pm; Fri 8.30 am - 5 pm; Alternate Saturday 8.30 am - 1 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + AWS
- Salary Range: SGD 2,000 - SGD 3,000
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Monitor all import/export shipments arrival times closely to avoid any unnecessary penalty charges incurred, such as detention, and demurrage charges.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers and advise the way of the solution when the problem occurs.
- Prepare all import/export shipment documents such as delivery order, delivery note, authorization letter, bill of loadings etc.
- Declare import/ export permit with GST.
- Checking PortNet for shipment status and update to customer
- Support Sales Department in communication functions such as preparing quotations, emails and letters.
- Support accounts department in billing and charges inquiries.
- Support Logistic controllers in customers' requirements and deployments.
- General filing and other administrative duties.
- Minimum GCE "O" Level.
- At least 1 year of related experience in Logistics/ Shipping.
- Able to start work at short notice or immediately.
